College Lake Integrated Resources Management

Client

Pajaro Valley Water Management Agency

Location

Watsonville, CA

The project has three distinct interdependent system elements: the Weir Structure and Intake Pump Station, Water Treatment Plant, and College Lake Pipeline. The robust weir modulates the elevation and integrates a fish passage. The treatment facility will allow for limited treatment of the water and removal of silt prior to sending the water to the Coastal Distribution System (CDS), near the existing Watsonville Recycled Water Facility (RWF). The new 30-in High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipeline traverses about 6 miles through southern Santa Cruz County and the City of Watsonville.
