Sea Level Resiliency
Coastal communities worldwide are adopting adaptation strategies for sea-level rise to protect their residences, buildings, and infrastructure from the impacts of global climate change.
Tanner Pacific’s project experience includes coastal and upland surface-water water management systems. Our staff of construction professionals have successfully addressed the challenges associated with diverse soil conditions (including young bay mud), slope stabilization and soil settlement, large-scale earthworks, erosion control, contaminated soils, sheet pile and earthen embankment levees, and environmentally sensitive areas.
Multiple permits are required when working within sites that include or impact water resources. We have managed coastal wetland and flood control projects that require federal, state, and local permits and our staff keep up to date on all regulatory changes.
