The Linear Assets Modernization Project (LAMP) is a multiyear effort to modernize the Lab’s aging utility systems and increase reliability of natural gas, domestic water, electrical, communication/data, storm drain, and sanitary sewer. We provide Owner’s Advisory services for this design-build project to upgrade the Grizzly Peak Substation and modernization of the Lab’s aging utility systems, including increasing reliability of natural gas, domestic water, electrical, communication/data, storm drain, and sanitary sewer systems.

Advisory services include conducting Owner’s Readiness Assessment, training and education, assessment of business processes and tools, development of source selection package (e.g., Request for Qualification, Request for Proposal, Evaluation Criteria, Evaluation Team coordination, Project Manual and DB Contract facilitated decision-making and supplemental project management.
