This project includes the rehabilitation and reconstruction of 1.7 miles of sewer pipes using open trench, pipe bursting, and cured-in-place pipe lining construction methods. It also includes sewer service lateral re-connections and extensions, multiple point repairs, manhole construction and rehabilitation, and tree removal and replanting. The sewer mains in need of rehabilitation crossed over 280 properties. Approximately 72 of these properties have access constraints and above ground obstructions over the existing sewer mains, which necessitated extensive coordination with property owners during construction.
