Phase 3 and 4 of the Sewer Capacity Assurance Improvements project included the trenching and installation of 8-inch to 15-inch sanitary sewer pipes (using both open-cut and trenchless construction methods) and the replacement of sewer laterals. Also included was the installation, removal, replacement and rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes and the surface restoration of existing improvements.
