Prior to engaging in a full-scale implementation of its $2.5 Billion Capital Program, WTD is establishing and delivering an Alternative Project Delivery Pilot program to increase the Capital Program/ Project volume and efficiency, while optimizing staff resources. Components of this project include developing a training program, readiness assessment, and pilot program action plan. Tanner Pacific's services include developing draft organizational assets for evaluating projects by alternative delivery method, producing a short-list of projects to be piloted for each selected alternate delivery method, and determining procurement methodology, contract format and supporting documentation. Serving as the Owner’s Representative, we provided Pilot Program management, program and project controls, follow-up training for each project’s team, performance metrics benchmarking and monitoring, facilitating decision-making workshops, construction management, and project closeout. Tanner acific is providing quality assurance for the full-scale implementation of WTD’s Alternative Delivery Program.
